All of your parts deserve compassion.

Who I help

I work with individuals and couples who bring diverse, intersecting identities to therapy, whether they are from multiracial backgrounds, navigating intercultural marriages, or exploring the impact of neurodivergent and sexual identities on their relationships with themselves and others.

They might identify as a highly sensitive person, a creative, or a caretaker, and might find themselves getting easily overwhelmed, feeling misunderstood, or swinging from feeling like too much to never enough from one moment to the next.

My individual clients often seek support during pivotal life transitions that reshape their sense of self - they might be discovering their neurodivergence after a lifetime of feeling misunderstood, feeling chronically behind at any given stage of life, or finding their way through grief, whether from specific losses or from the ambient grief that lingers when the version of life they’re living doesn’t quite match the one they were expecting.

Couples often come to this work when they feel disconnected because one or both partners are experiencing significant changes, within themselves or in the world around them. What unites them is a desire to navigate these profound changes with greater ease and self-compassion.

How I work

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative method that helps you embrace all parts of yourself and cultivate deeper self-trust. Through this experiential process, we create lasting change by getting to know each of your parts, from the protective to vulnerable ones, in a gentle, accepting way. I blend this work with my experience as a clinical hypnotherapist and somatic practitioner, helping you rebuild the vital connection between mind and body to achieve greater nervous system regulation and emotional balance.

Our sessions are often a combination of:

  • Parts work

  • Mindfulness

  • Somatic therapy

  • Attachment work

By weaving in the above approaches, my style combines warmth with insight, creating a space where healing feels natural and accessible. Clients often share that our work together feels deeply comforting while offering new perspectives and understanding. I believe in collaborative therapy - we work as partners in your healing journey, drawing on both your innate wisdom and my professional expertise to create meaningful change.
